Technical - Work Under Supervision (WUS)

Our Work Under Supervision offers an immersive, hands-on learning experience designed to accelerate your Technical skills under the guidance of experienced instructors who provide real-time feedback and support tailored to each participant’s needs. "Ideally suited for experienced candidates, but if you prefer a more structured approach, the course might be a better alternative."

• Inclusions: 

  • Unlimited work assessment for crown preparation, caries removal, endodontic access preparation, composite restoration, amalgam restoration and provisional crown.
  • PPE, including gowns and gloves, as well as handpiece oil, hand cream, soap, and alcohol rub, are available at the centre free of charge.
  • ADC manikin head, cheek (Drainage Mask), dental unit, amalgamator and light cure are available to use at the centre.
  • Supportive staff and environment
  • Limited number of candidates/day to optimise your learning experience.
  • With every week of booking, you will have an extra day for free! ( 6+1 day extra for FREE)

#Optional add-ons ( You have 2 optional add-on): 

• Option one - With Materials and Consumables:

If selected, You will have unlimited restorative and disposable materials to simulate the exam. Items include Putty Impression, Composite, Amalgam, Provisional materials, finishing strips, wedges, discs and everything you need for the restorative and the preparation clusters throughout your stay. (brands may vary based on market availability). - This option doesn't include teeth, hiring a jaw, instruments or handpieces.

• Option two - Hire ADC jaws, Restorative kit, Handpieces and Burs:

If selected, you will have Magnetic ADC jaws, ADC burs, a restorative Instrument cassette kit from Nordent, original brands of High/Low-speed handpieces and everything you need for the restoration and the preparation clusters to use throughout your stay (These hired items to be used at the centre and not to be taken out the centre during the course time)

Practice time: 

• Full day-onsite 9:30-5 pm (most popular) during weekdays and weekends.
  
• Flexible scheduling is available for those who prefer weeknights, weekends or school hours (7 AM-2 PM or 6 pm-10 pm)

Note:  

• If you prefer to bring your own supplies, please ensure you have everything in excess:
  • All restorative Materials, teeth and consumables.
  • ADC magnetic jaws, teeth, and burs
  • Four holes of High-speed and low-speed handpieces for practice
    
• Don’t forget to bring your loupes and safety eyewear.
• You can buy all types of teeth onsite -based on availability- (ask us in advance to save as many as you need for you).
• Stay hydrated by having enough water and food throughout the day.
• Bring food and snacks that don’t require refrigeration or heating, such as sandwiches and fruits.
